If you’ve hired a Wedding Planner, this should automatically be done for you. If you’ve decided against a Wedding Planner, then it’s a necessity that you create one. Be sure to have this completed 3-weeks before your wedding so that you can distribute to all of your day-of vendors (as a back-up also include your mom or MOH).
